Ark Encounter Seeks Injunction against State Officials - AiG in the courts again, seeking an injuction to override the 'blocking efforts' of the state. AiG claims that it is being unlawfully blocked because of the Ark's religious message, and because they plan on hiring only people who follow their religious beliefs. Unfortunately, AiG made the mistake of making the Ark Encounter a for-profit business, and not a non-profit. As a for-profit business, they must not discriminate in hiring, hence the state's actions to block them, as AiG has expressly said they will disobey the state's hiring laws.
Transgender Identity - Wishing Away God's Design - Not creation science related. Personally, I agree with AiG on this issue.
