What Is Truth? - First part of an article on Hebrew words. This one only vaguely touches on creation, and really has no implications for the age of the earth.
Creation Ministries International
In the beginning … they misunderstood - This is CMI's review of a new old earth book, titled In the Beginning---We Misunderstood: Interpreting Genesis 1 in its Original Context. The conclusion states, "I learnt nothing positive at all from this book, and reading it was tedious. The scholarship was extremely poor. The authors admit that they have consciously tried to avoid confounding the reader with lots of technical details, but that is no excuse for sloppy work." It is no surprise that they don't like the book, since it argues against YEC. I don't know if this book represents 'sloppy work,' but after 13 years of reviewing YEC material, I can say that the more vitriol the attack from YEC's, usually the more correct the old earth work is. They vehemently attack books and articles that are a threat to their beliefs.
