How Does Biblical Truth Apply to the Character of God? - Part 2 of a series on Hebrew words. This article does not contain any information related to the age of the earth. The article examines the biblical word for truth. It is implied that people of the Bible accepted the words of the Bible as truth (i.e. the creation account). While I do accept the creation account as truth, I interpret it differently than YEC's. YEC's mistakenly believe that their man-made interpretation is also complete truth.

Fortunately, he is preaching to the YEC choir, as science has won the battle over the age of the earth. Real scientists don't ignore YEC because it comes from a different worldview...they ignore YEC because it is not supported by science.

This is speculative theory...there is no actual scientific data to support the YEC claim...they are merely saying "it could have happened this way."
