Simply made-up science, to try to explain how the canyon could have been formed in a young earth framework, which all scientists reject.  To learn the true history of the canyon, simply go to Wikipedia. Anything found on Wikipedia is much more scientific than young earth science.

'Smoking Gun' Proof of Big Bang Already in Doubt - Nothing new here from the YEC arsenal. Some scientists have expressed doubt about a recent big bang evidence, so ICR points this out. Just because some scientists are questioning another scientific report about the big bang, ICR claims this is proof the big bang is not real. No, it merely shows the scientific peer-review process in action. This is another example of YEC's grasping for straws, since they have no real evidence to support a young earth. Even if this one discovery proves to be false, there are plenty of other 'smoking guns' in the old earth arsenal.
