The alleged dinosaur, Mokele-mbembe, is nothing more than a legend. Some locals in the Congo will readily tell you that it is not a real beast, but is only in folklore. Others do say it exists, but there is no hard evidence to support this claim
A living dinosaur would not be a problem for old earth creationists. It would be termed a "living fossil" by young earth creationists, but such a claim would not help their cause. To see why, read Living Fossils
