     All material is copyrighted by the authors.  They may be used only in the form of small excerpts, and may not be copied in whole for posting on other websites, in accordance with the Fair Use Provision of the Copyright Act, Section 107.   It is permissible to print and copy articles for educational purposes.  Articles which are marked for distribution can be copied in whole and posted on other websites, as long as a link back to the original page is present.

     2.  The nature of the copyrighted work—considers the copyright worthiness of the original

     4.  The effect of use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.  No effect.  (By bringing issues to light, could even have a positive effect)
