Can Bible-Based Predictions Lead to Scientific Discoveries? - The YEC spin on a comment made during the new show Cosmos. An interesting read that, although I agree the Bible is useful, it must be understood properly in an old earth framework.  For example, junk DNA. Yes, evolutionists once claimed that there was a lot of it. Now that we are discovering that much of it is fuctional, does that mean that evolution is wrong? No, it merely means we now understand it better. They also mention predictions about magnetic fields and radiocarbon. The YEC claims on these topics don't fit with science, but they are not a problem for an old earth.
